Make Payment for Your Dream Car

Receive Proforma Invoice
Acknowledge the invoice by replying to the email. Check your details and advise of any correction. Vehicle details with price breakdown, company details and our bank details are furnished on the invoice.
Proceed With Payment
Pay by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) using the bank details on the invoice. Once funds are transferred, email us the TT copy or payment proof.
Payment Confirmation
On receipt of funds, an Official Commercial / Sale Invoice is emailed as confirmation. We then arrange the shipment.

Your Dream Car is Ready for Shipping

Shipment Booking
Booking confirmation with vessel details, ETA and EDD is emailed so you can pre-plan. If your country requires inspection, we proceed with it.
Vehicle Shipping Process
Two days prior to vessel departure the vehicle is packed in a container or RORO vessel. Once it departs, we email you to confirm it is on the way.

Vehicle Documents
The shipping company provides the Original Bill of Lading within 7 days after departure. We email scanned copies of all documents and courier the originals: Bill of Lading, De-registration Certificate, Commercial / Sales Invoice, Insurance Certificate (if applicable) and Inspection Certificate (if applicable).

Clearing Vehicle
Original Bills of Lading are needed to clear the vehicle. Handle them with care and pass them to your customs agent to clear the vehicle.
